Change of GUI Colours on Entire System Level

Hi All,

Iam aware that we can change the GUI colours at user level,but my question,is it possible to change gui colour on entire system level.

Hi ,

Thanks for you link those were useful,Iam looking the setting where it should effect all the users rather than a single user,any changes made should reflect all the users colour.

In short not user specific i want that server specific
