SLCM STANDART REPORTS

Hi,

is any standart report available in SAP-SLcM like, registered students, re-registered students, new students, faculty-student based, student-payment etc?

Is any tcode available in SLcM to reach all SLcM reports like MB00 for MM reports?

or to prepare queries for these kind of reports, which table(s) shoulld I use?

any help would be appreciated.

We are looking for reports about,

student personal info reports (like name, student number, etnicity, id info etc)

student educational background (which school he/she graduated, with which grade, past qualifications etc)

student financial statuses (how much will be paid, when etc)

which course he/she registered, which academic year and session, what point he/she got)

Within SAP SLcM you have several standard reports (transactional and via Query builder) available (some examples: PIQWAITLMOVE - Waitlist Administration, PIQCOURSEDETAIL - Course Demand Report , PIQGRADING_FILE - Calculate Performance Indexes , PIQ_ISR_MONITOR - Application Overview, SQ01 (look for cm), etc.).

What SAP SLcM also provides are standard BW extractors which are very interesting if you have BW in place.

Reports you mentioned above mostly relate to SLcM Admin purposes.

Are there any SLcM Financials based standard reports available in ECC6 or above?

If yes, please elaborate as we are seeking ones for ongoing SLcM implementation at a university in Pakistan.

Hi Muhammed,

You can use the following tool to fetch the list of students based on certain conditions:

Student Lifecycle Management-> Processes in  Student Lifecycle management -> General settings -> Selection methods -> Run test tool for selection methods

Here you can fetch student per program registration, bookings, etc. For student accounting/fee calculation, you can use the reports RHIQFEECALC / RHIQFEECALC_MS.
