Problem in the adapter monitor.

Hi people,

I need to connect XI with other server. but when I made the test the adapter monitor show me this error: FTPEx: Unable to build data connection: Connection timed out

Any one can help me?

Is you creating or reading a file in a FTP server?

Try to connect this server from XI Server, using command line to call a ftp or ping.

Hi,

make sure the ftp ports are opened from XI server to the ftp server (or internet etc)
