QC Contract if created with ref from anthr contract, the sold to is greyed

I want to create contracts with reference, i created the copy control. But somehow when I create with referrence, the sold to is always greyed out, I can't seem to change it.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Hi philipx ,

one solution to ur problem can be :

i.Create a partner function letts say Authorized SP .

ii.Assign all the possible authorized SP (customer) in the contract.

iii.When you create contract with reff to Contract. Put the customer for whom you wish to create a contract in release partner tab.

OR

Check the copy control VTAA and at header level for your Contract's maintain "002" in Copying Requirement field.

Option two, its already 002 in VTAA, still does not work. Option 1, I need to know how do you ii.Assign all the possible authorized SP (customer) in the contract. <<Is this in config? When I put the new customer in the ref to contract, it stil pulls in the original contract sold to.
