Repropose billing outputs and convert to PDF documents to save on server

Hi Experts

We have millions of billing documents generated since 2004. We use different print output types for these billing documents based on different billing types. Now we have a requirement that all these invoices should be printed and saved in a PDF format on local server. So following are the challenges we have.

a) Repropose the print outputs to all billing documents. We need to identify which output to be proposed to which billing doc.

b) Convert such print output to PDF files

c) Save the PDF files on local server.

Since the number is in millions, we need to find a systematic way through which it can be done as we can't approach the way of doing it one at a time.

Any suggestion on systematic way to do this would be very much helpful. Please let me know if you need more details.
