Dears

1.in my QA32 scree for a raw material three inspection lot still there with status REL SKIP SPRQ QLCH

And i try to make auto UD form T code QA10

I enter plant

inspection type

select Automatic Usage Decision for Skipped Inspection Lots

But nothing was happen sytem response with a information No entries found

Please tell me why system behave like this

2.For using DMR is it compulsory with inspection point

1. There is a wait time for skip that has to be reached. Check you config settigns in the QM plant settings. Make sure that is reached.

2. DMR is not a requirement for inspection points.

Most probably any of your characteristics in the plan is marked as required. you can not do collective UD with required MIC.

I do not think it it has to do anything with Skip duration as you are processing UD manually.

Just check following things like

1.Are char "Required" .Try to put optional.( control indicator of all MIC)

2.Check selection criteria.Check every possibility.

3.What is inspection type ,if its 04 then use QA41

No relation between Inspection point & DMR.
