Unable to send confirmation for Approval

Hi All,

We are SRM 7.0 Extended Classic Scenario. I am able to create a Shopping Cart and getting it approved. Also able to create PO for the shopping cart.

I am getting the following error when I am trying to create Confirmation. After posting the confirmation the status of the confirmation is being shown as Release Rejected instead of going to the approval for approver.

Can you give me any solution for this?

Hi,

Kindly confirm whether you have AC or PC workflow.

Did you check with the approver whether he has rejected the confirmation or approved.

Release rejection status will be possible only when appover reject the task list of confirmation.

Kindly check the work item and its flow of steps.

Hi Rajesh,

We are using Process Controlled Workflows. The confirmations are not reaching Approver. As soon as I do Confirm, the status of Confirmation is being changed to Release Rejected.
