Dear Experts,
A unique condition record can have 1 price valid for 1 validity period.
Can 1 unique condition record number have > 1 prices whose validity periods are disjoint?
We know that there can be n number of prices for a key combination.
But can 1 condition record have > 1 prices whose validity periods are disjoint?
The key of this question is the condition record number.
Hope you can help advise. Thanks.

YES, But you need to maintain validity period for single product at single key combination of condition table. with different key combinations you can maitain defferent validity periods. Still there may be another options also..............
BUT CAN U PROVIDE EXPLANATION OF YOUR SCENARIO...

Dear Prathap,
Yes, condition table allows a single condition record number to be found in n number of records.
In KONP, there is only 1 key field for condition record.
I like to know why condition table is not compounded to 'valid date from' from SAP point of view.
Also, in BI, condition record is provided as a single key object which means not all the occurences with the same condition record can be stored by default unless I compound the master data object.
So, I am giving SAP benefit of doubt that there could be a reason SAP has designed like this.
So, I hope to find out before I make the decision to compound the BI object.

Bass
