SAPCCM4X Agent Registration is failed

Hi Experts,

I am trying to register SAPCCM4X Agent in managed system to Solman but ubable to register it due to below error. I have checked RFC for both system its fine.

CSMREG user exists in both system. System i define and even group.

I have deregistred and try to register but unable to to do it.

Try to connect ...

I had the same issue and found following solution

add SALF_CSM_AGENT_REGISTER into SAP role SAP_BC_CSMREG

checked the Release Versions of Agents in all the systems and found that 710 release is missing. Updated and its working fine.

Hi All,

Thanks for your Help.

Reason was PI system release was 710 and the Agent was running on 700 release. Changed to 710 Now the Probelm Solved.

Sounds to me like an authorization issue with the CMSREG user.

No it is not related with Authorization. We have the same Role in other system for CSMREG user.

User is okay, RFC's are OKay.

May be other configuration.Pease suggest
