Options to see all the SC in Portal

Hi,

We are working with SRM 7.0.

We need a transacction or something to see all the SC in Portal.

When we use the Advance Search, we can see only the SC created by the user who is searching.

Is there any option to search all the SC (also the external requirements)?

Hi,

In the SRM Administration --> Application Monitor --> SC monitor you can search all shopping carts without any restriction.

If you use the team purchasing function, SRM Administrators can define purchasing substitutes. Using a monitoring function, they can examine shopping carts that have had a particular status for a long time (for example, contains errors) and detect possible problems.

Yes you can search external requirement via BBP_PD transaction but you should know what purchase request your are searching
