ERROR no dtos exist - CUP

All,

I am receiving the following message when creating a new user through provisioning:

2011-07-28 18:23:19,816 [SAPEngine_Application_Thread[impl:3]_36] ERROR no dtos exist which are in the same state as the passing dto

com.virsa.ae.core.ObjectNotFoundException: no dtos exist which are in the same state as the passing dto

The request re-routes to the escape path, but the ID does get created in the backend!

I have checked:

- Provisioning for system is on

- Request type has following actions: CREATE_USER, ASSIGN_ROLES and USER_DEFAULTS

Any other ideas?

Hi,

The issue is with the actions that are assigned. I hope you have to include Change_User action too.

Please check the same. If the issue still persists, enable DEBUG mode and see where it stucks.

I opened an OSS note.

AUTO_USERCOMPARE value in Table PRGN_CUST must = YES (default value) to resolve this issue.
