Mail Lost in SOST

The transaction SOST shows that three emails were sent on 1st July 2011 1 to the email id , but it has not been received. Is there a way to trace the physical transfer of the email after it passes SOST?

Please help

As you are saying Mails are successfully went in SOST ,it could be the problem with your MailBox.

Also the mails are being sent by the Job or by some reports?

try to reprocess the SOST entries once again to One Individual e-mail ID and then check what is happening exactly.

Also get in touch with your MailBox Admin.

HI,

If you send it to yourself at hotmail or something, and you receive it, did it arrive in your SPAM folder? Your recipient may have SPAM filters that are killing or diverting the email.

Hi,

Please check in /nsbwp transaction --> outbox whether mails are really sent.

Check the logs, mails might be waiting in outbox for some reasons.

Not from SAP, but you can talk to your Mail Admin.
