PO change confirmation

hi,

In PO collaboration when supplier publishes PO confirmation, the same can be edited again in change confirmation. We do not want supplier to edit a published confirmation even from change confirmation.

But even after supplier published PO, the header status shows "Not confirmed". And secondly the supplier is able to edit the same.

How can we prevent the supplier from editing the confirmation in PO change confirmation and please let us know how we can have the status "Confirmed" in PO header.

The Header Status will show "Confirmed" only when all lines are confirmed.

Please check the settings under;

SPRO--> SNC --> Purchase orders --> Make General Settings for PO

Here check the setting for Create Change Profiles for PO. Based on the various Distribution Ststuses you will need to set the Display only Flag.

For example, for Distribution Status Updated by Supplier + Publsihed by Supplier + Open you can set it to Disp Only and then the Supplier will not be able to edit publsihed confirmations.

You will need to make this setting for all relevant/possible combinations.
