How to determine follow on document based upon Trading Contract type in GTM

Hello

We have multiple Trading Contract Types in SAP GTM.

I want to know how it is determined that a Purchase Order or Sales Order (or both), should be the Follow On document of a Trading Contract based upon Trading Contract type.

Is there any customization in IMG, which links Trading Contract Type to Follow ON Document Type (SO or PO) ?

Hi Vidhi,

The follow documents are controlled by the Purchasing group and Sales Group assigned to the Trading Contract Type in configuration.

You can go to the configuration for Trading Contract using TCODE - WB2B_CUS

Trading Contract-->Contract Type

Choose your Contract Type and if you leave the Sales Group as Blank, the TC will geenrate only a Purchase Order as the follow on document. refer to the config for TC Type 0002-Trading Contract (Purchasing Side) for one-sided Trading Contract example.
