Hi All,

I have been expereciencing the problem of one of the daily jobs which synchronizes the users from backend system in RAR is getting failed due to the below error:

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (104) RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: Time limit exceeded

In this regard, I looked into the sap Note 1121978 - Recommended settings to improve peformance risk analysis and found that all the recommendations are in place. Still this problem is coming.

Can any one help me in identifying the cause of this problem?

By the way, we are working on GRC 5.3 SP16. This problem is coming in RAR background job.

Hi,

Have you tried changing the pool size settings for the JCO connection too?? You can find it under Content Administration --> Maintain JCO connections.

Yes, the pool connections are in place according to the sAP note mentioned above.
