Dump when pressing F1 on an ITS Application

While accessing the ITS Application when pressing F1 on an input field, the following dump occurs.

ITS_EXPRESSION_NOT_NUM

Template "iac\dm\generator.html" has triggered a runtime error in function

"topinclude".

Cause of error: "ANONYMOUS" could not be converted into a numerical value.

If NOT:

Do you know what the user are doing when they get this DUMP?

What service are they calling? Whate are the parameters set in the service etc?

Came to know that there is no support as per our version.
