JSPM not working

Dear Guru's

When tring to open JSPM on AIX platform am getting this error please help me to resolve this issue

error has occurred during the execution of the JSPM_MAIN phase.

Cannot initialize application data. Cannot find local instance 03 on host pioxp.

You can find more information in the log file /usr/sap/OXP/DVEBMGS03/j2ee/JSPM/log/log_2011_07_28_08_15_51/JSPM_MAIN_1_01.LOG.

Use the information provided to troubleshoot the problem. An SAP Note may provide a solution to this problem. Search for SAP Notes with the following key words:

com.sap.sdt.jspm.phases.PhaseTypeJSPM

com.sap.sdt.jspm.gui.JspmUiException

Use the latest SUM tool version instead of JSPM

SUM is intended to replace JSPM for applying enhancement packages and Support Package Stacks.
The Software Update Manager Guide available at http://service.sap.com/sltoolset describes how to use SUM.
As of version 1.0 SP03, SUM deals with this situation correctly.

Hello,

The problem is that the upgrade is trying to reach the instance on host pioxp.

You have to check in the instance profile if the values of the parameters SAPLOCALHOST and SAPLOCALHOSTFULL are set to the correct host. Check if system profiles are correct.
