Project Role Staffing

Hi,

I want to staff the resources in project role. I have created project role, but unable to staff as the field is grey out.

I have created org unit in T-code: PPOCE and try to assign in tab "Staffing process" but i do get error as "No org unit exists".

Let me know if you have any clue on this.

Hi,

Your user needs to have "resource managmentr" authorization at project level in order to assign resources.

Have you check that?

Hi Matthias,

I have already chk and I have full authorization.

When I go to the Resource tab ---> Staffing Process where I change the status from "Staffing in Process" to "Start Staffing Process", system throws error as "No responsible organizational unit for staffing assignment". I have created org. unit in T-code: PPOCE but still i could not see the org unit in the drop down of org. unit.

Beacuse of these i cannot assign the resources in the "Staffing" tab.

Actually the field organization Unit should be linked with a search screen instead of a drop-down list.

Is there any change in the standard customizing with authorization.

Structural Authorization

Assign Authorization Profiles to Users
