Missing Alerts Messages in Enterprise Inbox

SRM 5.0; R/3 46C; Classic Scenario

Hi SRM Experts!

I had a questions regarding notifications in the Enterprise Inbox - Messages Tab. At one point in time, I had received notifications like " Procurement Confirmation for Purchase Order: 8400029802 Reference Document: Name of Confirmation: has been approved. This email was generated automatically. Please do not reply to this address." OR " Your requisition (shopping cart) has been approved. Shopping Cart no.: 7100133540 Amount: USD 20.00 Creation Date: 01.08.2006 This email was generated automatically. Please do not reply to this mail." These emails were received when the work items were triggered. Now I check the Messages Tab and I see nothing. Is there some configuration that I need to double check?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Felix,

Not sure but in case you use and have configured the new BSP SRM50 Alert (bbp_call_alert_inbox), you may receive those alerts in the Alerts inbox.

If you don't use the bsp application, forget my answer...
