Issue with Physical inventory document in warehouse

hi,

We have created a Annual physical inventory document and maintained 10 storage bins for physical inventory count.We have activated the physical invnetory document in LI02n and printed the document through LI04.

We entered the physical invnetory count for the 9 storage bins using LI11N and saved the document.

We have cleared the physical inventory document using LI20N.

Now we have entered the count for remaining one bin using LI12N and saved the document. We get a warning message"Document not complete", then press enter and save.

Now when we try to clear using LI10, system says no document not completed yet and then gives a Message "No items to be processed for inventory number xxxx

Kindly Let me know if we need to delete the whole inventory documnet in this case,as we cannot delete the desired bin which has been maintained offlate. or suggest the best way to clear the docuemnt, as this is holding up the material movements for that bin.

The flow should be the following to count in WM

-Li01N

-Li04N

-LI11N

-LI20

-LI21N

I dont think it is appropriate to close an inventor document during the process it is better to close it out by entering a certain inventory count clearing it and then creating a new document to readjust the inventory.

No goods movement will take place as the bin will blocked for physical inventory if you see in LI03N

Hi Rajesh,

You need to Use TCode: LI11N for entering the Count Result for the last 10th Storage Bin. You cannot use LI12N.

When you go to LI11N, all other 9 Bins will be Disabled and the 10th Storage Bin Enteries will be enabled for your Count Entry.

Once you are done entering the Count result save and follow the LI20 and then LI21.
