Error in generated code using ESDMA from DOE using Sybase

We are trying to create a windows mobile application using sybase

We actually picked up the code from DOE and from the ESDMA bundle we converted the code in .NET code using codegen.bat

When we imported the code into Visual studio along with the standard dll and bulid the code we get an error saying that one of the methods can overide another method in the class.

Is there any other standard jar's we have to import for DOE approach

Can anyone help me in this.
