Hi,

Transaction QPR7 is for mass storage of Physical Samples.

When you executed this transaction, storage data for both the samples got updated.

That's why you are seeing that both the samples got stored.

Regarding Green, Yellow and Red: (I quote from SAP conext help:

The colors in the monitor column of the list have the following meaning:

Green

The storage data has changed. All changes can be made to the physical sample.

Yellow

The storage data for the physical sample has not changed.

Red

The physical sample cannot be changed.

Causes:

The physical sample cannot be blocked.

The physical sample is blocked and is being changed.

The physical sample location does not correspond to the storage location of the physical sample.

The physical sample cannot be completely changed.

Hi,

No t-code in the std. SAP.

However, Table QPRS gives all details of Physical Samples.

Go to SE16 and enter QPRS. You'll see the table.

I think, you can make a Query from this and QALS.

Just try it by SQVI transaction. Regards, KrishnaM
