Reportes hechos en Crystal visualizados en IPAD

Hola:

Tengo el siguiente problema, tengo el 8.81 instalado y antes de actualizar al PL6 los reportes en el ipad se veían muy bien, pero ahora que tengo el PL6 los reportes ejecutan se quedan pensando por un momento y se quedan en blanco sin traerme la información, espero me puedan ayudar si les ha sucedido lo mismo en algún momento.

PD. Los mismos reportes se ven muy bien en SAP y ya están marcados con el check de visualizados para dispositivos móviles.

Symptom
SAP Crystal Reports do not get displayed on the iPhone or iPad, 
calling a specific report shows a white page without any data.
All other functions are working properly.
Cause
SAP Business One 8.81 PL03 or higher
One potential cause are issues connected to the Crystal Reports
 Java engine and the Java runtime (SAP JVM 6.1) which is shipped
 with the "Integration Component".
The "Integration Component" includes the SAP Business
 One Mobile solution back-end and is shipped with the SAP Business One 8.81 package.
Solution
SAP intends to provide a patch in order to solve the problem described.
The section Reference to related Notes below will list the
 patches once they become available.
Workaround:
Download a Java runtime (JRE) 6 that does not cause this bug (64 Bit for 
64 Bit systems, 32 Bit for 32 Bit systems). So far update 24 from java.sun.com is
 known for that (update 25 which is the latest one causes memory issues in B1i) 
Install Java SE 6 (JRE only) from java.sun.com (64 Bit for 64 Bit systems, 32 Bit for 32 Bit systems)  
Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\B1iServer\Tomcat\bin"
, if "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Integration" is the installation
 directory for Integration Component 
Right-click on "Tomcat6w.exe" and "Run As Administrator..." 
In "SAP Business One Integration Service Properties" select the "Java" tab 
Browse for the "Java Virtual Machine" (jvm.dll file) of JRE 6 
Restart "SAP Business One Integration service" in Windows "Services" 
=> IF this was the root cause - reports should get displayed on the iPhone / iPad
=> IF not: Revert to the original "Java Virtual Machine" and create
 a SAP Support message on component SBO-INT-MOB
Please note the following:
In (the unlikely) case that you have a license for SAP NetWeaver 
you could download the latest SAP JVM (which includes the JRE) from SAP Service Marketplace:

ya me desargue el java jre 24 según indica la nota, pero no menciona nada si es simplemente una reinstalación o tengo que desinstalar el java instalado por sap, bueno intentaré ambas cosas a ver como me va.

Como puedo desinstalar el java que se instala por defecto con el integration?

ya que en el panel de control no encuentro el java 6_32 que es el mismo que se instalo por defecto y se encuentra en la carpeta: C:/PROGRAM FILES/ SAP / SBO Integration / sapJre_6_32 / jre / bin

como hago para desinstalarlo?? ya que ya instale la versión que indica la nota de sap pero la ruta que indica luego desde el tomcat6w.exe siempre apunta a la ruta que acabo de mencionar.

Estoy confundido gracias por la ayuda.

pregunta como solucionaste el problema, solo hiciste reinstalacion ??

agradecere tu comentarios, estoy con el mismo problema no logro

ver los reportes de crystal report.
