ECL Viewer Error in cFolders 4.5

Hi,

We are getting the following error message when we try to use ECL viewer in cFolders

Installation error detected.Redlining requires a local installation of ECL viewer.This was not found on your computer.Contact system admin.

This is inspite of we having ECL viewer 6.0 Patch 7 installed on the system(cFolders 4.5).The 'Accessibility' option in settings is unchecked.Plug in test is working perfectly fine.

Refereed to earlier threads,no much help.

Could anyone provide their inputs on this?

P.S We have SAP GUI 7.2(inbuilt ECL viewer) already on the system.Do we need separate installation for cFolders as well?

This requires a ECL plugin to be installed locally on each frontend system.

SAP note 584394 should help u better

Check config guide for cFolders too, it has specific steps.
