Pi->Idoc->R3: segment not filled correctly in R/3 with data from PI

Dear Experts,

My scenario is XML file -> PI (convert to Idoc) -> R/3

The message mapping on PI goes well and in SXMB_MONITOR I can see the desired Idoc in XML format. This Idoc looks OK. So far so good.

Now, when I look at the incoming Idoc in R/3 (transaction WE02), the last field is missing although it is filled when I look on PI-side. For some reason it seems that R/3 uses an other (old) version of the segment, I can not get the data in the last field into R/3.

Is there any way to force R/3 to use the lastest version of the Idoc segments? Some cache-refresh?

What function or program creates the Idoc (so in other word, converts the incoming datastream into EDI tables)?

Hi ,

In ECC partner profile properly maintain the IDOC type and Message Type

In in PI you can try to reimport the IDOC metadata in IDX2 transaction

Reimport of Metadata will resolve the issue.....
