Reg Error in Workflow - SAP HR Triggers

Dear Experts,

We have SAP HR triggers as per our requirement. Whenever new employee gets created in SAP HR, in CUP - HR triggers.

When we see it in process log, it shows the request in process. It gives below information. Please check

com.virsa.ae.workflow.MultipleInitiatorFoundException: Multiple Initiators : [HRTRIGGER_NEWHIRE, CHANGE_ACCOUNT, NEW_ACCOUNT] found for attributes : {Request Type=NEW_HIRE, EGROUP=S3, Action of Role=ADD, Priority=HIGH, Application=[GSPCLNT500], Role=Z:ALL_COMMON}

Due to above error it does not appear in the inbox of approver.

Please guide me on above issue. How to rectify the same.

Hi Saurabh,

The issue is due to a conflict with the intiators. I recommend to check the [HR Triggers Configuration Guide|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/b050c6bf-f8f4-2b10-67aa-95573e611ee4?quicklink=index&overridelayout=true] to configure the HR Triggers correctly.
