RAR BRA (Batch Risk Analysis ) running from long time

Hi Experts,

We have implemented RAR AC 5.3 with front end support pack 15 , currently we are facing an issue with the Batch Risk Analysis

it running from long time even the number of risks more its not completing 10 % and the system performance is too slow .

We faced the same issue to development server at that time SAP recommended us to uprade the front and back end support pack 14

to 15 but still we are facing the same issue .

Kindly suggest us to resolve the issue with high priority .

Have you seen the AC 5.3 Performace oprimization document by RIG? It has useful information on the RAR Batch risk analysis optimization as well. Giving you below the link, as it may be useful or give some clue to resolve your issue.

Hi Mohan,

If you are running the job for the first time, it is appropriate and the batch jobs always take long time. However, below are a few of the recommendations that you can consider:

1. Set offline risk analysis to NO

2. Ensure to update SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW as critical profiles.

3. Set the parameter option in configurations to ignore critical profiles.

4. Increase the JCO pool size in content Administration.
