Sender JDBC adopter status is green but not fetching data

Hello all,

My JDBC sender adopter status is green in CC monitoring it is showing as processing started but no MSG IDs are generating.I have gone through the forum for this issue Adopter may be locked.I am using PI 7.1 how to check whether adopter is locked or not in NWA

NetWeaver Administration (NWA) --> Availability and Performance Management --> Resource Monitoring --> Locks --> Check for the existence of the Lock and if yes perform Remove Lock

you sure that your source DB has new (unread) data to be picked?

I am sure that there is data that is ready to pick when i open the NWA it is showing that in

PI Overview

Na data avialable for system selector

Pi server was recently installed any configuration is required to view all the parameters in NWA

Try to open

http://host:port/nwa

only NWA after /

not

http://host:port/nwapi

if you open this then you will get the message "no data available to system selector"

Hi,

Thanks for quick reply i have gone through the path suggested by you my JDBC adopter was locked i removed the lock and restarted the CC but still it is not fetching the data.

Then check in Database whether any data is available with correct status.

You can also run the same Query in CC to database by using TOAD (oracle) or Sql server management studio(Microsoft)

to check.

If it not solves you problem then you can think of restarting the Java stack

Again my adopter was locked i removed the lock in NWA now it is working Fine.Thanks for every one for giving the valuable answers.

Remove where condition in SELECT statement and try, because if there was no new data avaikable then CC will not pick the Data.
