During the installation EHP5 for ERP 6.0

in preprocessing step

İ saw this error

How can i solve this problem

CURRENTPHASE MAIN_INIT/SHDINST_CHK1

1. Using phase log file 'SHDINST_CHK1.LOG'.

2. Error message set: 'Messageserver "sapmsSHDKLT" is not an entry in services'

Hi,

Which is you OS.?

Depending on that your would need to add the entry

sapmsSHDKLT 36<shadow instance number>

to the file ..\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc or /etc/services
