When i give UD system not taking to Inspection lot stock tab for entering qty to move to unrestricted or block stock
We manualy want to select the tab for entering qty to move to unresticted
were the setting need to be done

I think you are talking about the stock posting proposal in the selected set.
in QS51 > selected the code group> go to codes> maintain a proposal against each code> Remove the proposal for automatic posting.
Then it will take you through the stock posting screen after you enter the UD code.
what inspection type are you using?
Only when inspection type is stock relevent, stock transfer tab is showed in UD screen.
In standard system, inspection type 01, 04, 08, Etc.
