Undelete a line item from Sales Order

Hi,

Is it possible to un-delete an item from the sales order?

If yes, how can we do this?

Hi

It is not possible to undelete the line in sales order.

But you can get the details from CDPOS table.

Or from sales order MENU changes option

Now I need to activate batch for some materials and I am getting error because of the sales documents.

1. How can I close these sales orders?

2. For some sales orders, delivery is done and accounting documents created, for these ones how can I close the sales orders?

Please advice.

Hi

You can use the MASS tcode and select the object type as BUS2032 then select the sales order item data then put REASON FOR REJECTION for the line items in the sales order.

Should I do "Reasong for Rejection" for all line items or just the line which have the material for which I need to activate batch management?

Probably for the material which has to make the BATCH active has to be rejected

Hi,

One way is to set reason for rejection for remaining line items at item level.

Select the line items and go to menu and set the reason for rejection.

Based on the same you can even create a CATT program to put reason for rejection at line items.
