Hi All,
I would like to know If you are using SAP Solution Manager as a central tool for overall Documentation Management?
Could you please share some information about your solution?
Many thanks.
Regards,
Ridouan
Hi Ridouan,
For this i suggest two options:
*Use Template Projects to manage templates:
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SM/Template+Projects
*Use Solutions to re-use some structures:

Hi Ridouan,
What is it that you are trying to achieve? A document integration or just a strategy for your upcoming implementation?
If we know your requirement it would help us answer better.

Hi Invycktus,
I am working on a solution to centralize the business process documentaion, means the same document will be re-used again and again during the implementation projects. Te same document should also be accessible to other teams, like the support team.
Canges to the document must be audited in the system.
Please let me know your thoughts?
Regards,
Ridouan
Templates is the buzz word for you. If you use the concept of Template projects and use the Checkin-Checkout feature of Solution Documents/ Projects to control the flow/audit of documents change etc.
You should be sorted with that. If you need a more specific response, plz let me know.
Cheers!
