Extend a customer from Template

HI Gurus,

I know this question has been posted in many forms but this is the situation.

I have in the system, customer for UK Belgium and Holland.

UK being the template, all UK customers are being activated and have a sales area attached to them.

I can see all Belgium and Holland customer, and when I go into VD01 or XD01 to extend them from the UK the system tells me that:

"No sales areas have been created for this customer"

However I have the possibility to display them all for UK/BE/NL

It seems that no sales areas have been attached to the Belgium and Holland customers?

How can I assign them properly since they do exist?

Maintain common distribution channel and common division for UK/BE/NL, then ur problem will solve

Hi,

If you have Diffrent Company Code then assign Sale Organisation to the Company Code.

IMG -> Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Sales and Distribution -> Assign Sales Organization to Company Code

Maintaining Distribution Channel and Division and assigned it to Sale Organisation

Setting up Sales Area

IMG ->Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Sales and Distribution -> Set up sales area
