Error while creating delivery

Dear All,

While creating delivery with reference to sales order error coming as "No Schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date"

Kindly help to come out this error.

Hello Ganesh,

This error come when you are trying to create delivery with reference to sales order where schedule lines does not have confirmed quantites.

Kindly check your schedule line confirmed quantity.

Run availability check again.

T CODE: Vl01N

Selection date: Give a future date (one month after the current date).

In case if it comes GO TO CO06 and check for the sales number which date is confirmed.

If stock is less remove the confirmation for all other sales orders.

Firslty, check the stock in your plant as said in previous replies.

Secondly,Give the selection date as confirmed date in your delivery creation. The confirmed date can be known from sales order then goto item details and then in schedule lines check the confirmed date.

This will resolve your problem.

Also once your problem is resolved , please mark your question as answered so that no further replies should be posted .

Hi All,

Thanks for your replies, but still the same error occurs. I asked the end user manual to follow the steps what they are following for the order cycle. Once I got the solution I will share the same.

Hi,

This is a common problem faced in delivery creation. Pls go through the few steps below:

1. In most cases, the delivery date is set in the past. Set the selection date further into the future at VL01N screen when creating delivery.

2. Try to check the available stock in tcode CO09 for the given material + plant + checking rule (if applicable). If you need to check the availability check control, you need to go to transaction OVZ9.

IN the sales order --> Item --> Schedule line select the 'Item availability' button. This may change the delivery date. Create the delivery with reference to the new date (if changed).

Also please check if their are some open orders in the system that the system is considering for the delivery. try deleting the sales order and trying to delivery the order that you have created.

Hi,

Go to Sales Order Line Item Schedule line tab and see the delivery date in which the quantity is confirmed.

Input the delivery creation date,the date which have found in Sales order with confirmed quantity.

Hi,

I maintained the same SO delivery date while creating delivery creation. Same issue existing. Stock also there. Availability check also finished. Still the same error occurs.

Hi,

Please check if at which date is the delivery confirmed in the sales order. Also checked if there is stock at the requested plant with mmbe.
