Login issue with MDM_SRM_UI_App

Hi All,

I have installed SAP 7.01 Portal and installation the following components in portal

MDM_JAVA_API 710 SP7 (1000.710.0.7.229.20110530124000)

SRM_MDM_CAT 3.0 SP6 (1000.3.0.6.2.20100406063324)

BP_SRM_MDM 300 SP10 (1000.300.0.10.0.20110228131419)

BP_SRM 7.0 SP10 (1000.7.0.10.0.20110228110957)

BP_MDM_TECH 710.700 SP7 (1000.710.700.7.8.20110713081645)

BP_MDM_APP 710.700 SP7 (1000.710.700.7.8.20110713082809)

When I try to login to MDM_SRM_UI_App, i am getting error as Login Failed.

I am able to login into MDM Console and with other Portal which is already installed,

Issue happens only in the newly installed portal. Is there any configuration to be performed.

I was to perform the test SRM-MDM Catalog Utility with success. And also I am able to connect to the Server and when I select repository and give the user id and password, login fails

deployed the correct version of files solved the issue

SRM-MDM Catalog 3.0 should only be used with MDM SP06 and lower.

See note Note 1596471 - MDM versions for SRM-MDM Catalogs.

MDM SP07 is only supported on SRM-MDM Catalog 7.01.

Hi,

Please ensure that the user you are using while connecting to MDM repository from UI should have UI CONFIGURATION MANAGER role assigned in Console. Also, username is case sensitive in MDM.
