Problem in Condition

Dear Experts,

I've configured a new company by copying our existing company. Everything working fine but facing a problem. We made 3 condition types for service tax which automatically comes when I create any sales order. When I create any sales order all 3 condition type comes perfectly but when our another user creates sales order those three tax condition types not coming.

Is there anything left? How can I solve it?

Hi,

The conditions are not appearing for another user here that user may not have authorization for condition

go to SU01 put that user and click on change

go to tab Profile and enter profile

SAP_ALL

SAP_NEW

Then check

Take basis help for authorization and check
