We are working with SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 in a classic scenario. We have a issue. When we send a PR from ECC to SRM and we use the option "Reject Item" in SoCo, the PR is not deleted. The RFC user has SAP_ALL, the RFC connection is opened. Do you know what we are missing?
"Reject Item" button is not to delete the ECC PR, but to set the sourcing indicator of the SC item (SOURCE_REL_IND) to "Y", which means completed for sourcing, i.e. not possible to be sourced any more.
That you say is correct, but also, when it is a external requirement, the system execute the RFC FM BBP_PREQ_FULFILLMENT in order tu set the deletion flag in the PR.
We solved our issue. The problem was the queue was blocked. We cleaned the queue and the PR was updated.
