Disadvantages for PI

Hello All,

Please let me know when shouldn't we use PI , I heard there is an issue with synchronus communcation

and also when should we consider PI if already existing connections are there using Middle waers.

Please give me the more details about this ...

Hi,

Advantages are that...

easy integration with SAP systems...if your landscape contains SAP systems then its good to go with PI....for e.g SRM ..CRM,MDM integrations...

Monitoring can be easily done...

DisAdv : i feel is the lack of native edi adapters...need to buy third party adapters for usage...also for SFTP..
