T_56 Purchase Order Generation

Dear All,

Pl. clarify that by using Tcode: T_56 we have defined Transport Settlement Purchase Order Generation period as C (Generate purchase order for validity period of 1 month).

Here 1 month means

1 Month = From 01-Jan-11 to 31-Jan-11

or

1 Month = 30 Days (PO genereated on 5th Jul-11, it will effect upto 4th Aug-11)

which one is correct meaning, pl. clear my doubt.

Hi,

The one month here would be the date from of your PO creation date, based on the system time.

Please refer to [SAP Note 506605|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=506605] for more information on which date is considered when the PO is triggered.

For the field being consider, you can refer to [System field for date and time|http://help.sap.com/abapdocu_70/en/ABENTIME_SYSTEM_FIELDS.htm]
