Java instance unable to start server0 unknown

Hi All,

This is the first time I'm using this forum, so please bear with me thanks.

I am installing SAP Netweaver and during stage 36 the installation stopped. It says " server0 unkown".

Please can someone respond?

I am trying to install SAP Netweaver 7.3 on my machine. I get the following error during the installation.

CJS-30153 Java process server0 of instance JEE/J00 reached state Collecting data after having state Waiting to start. Giving up.

would you have any idea how to resolve this ?

but it is for operating system is AIX 5.3 and Oracle. For windows operating system, what can be done to get rid of the problem.

You have to paste some logs.Can you please paste the installtion logs and the exact error message which you have recieved.Thanks.

Hi,

Please check the "sapinst.log" which might give your mor information regarding the error.

if it is a Unix flavor check on the below location drill down to the last directory level "/tmp/sapinst_instdir/".
