Dear All,

I need to make the field 'Pricing Date' read/nor modifiable only in a sales order; sales tab.

How can I do that?

Is it possible to do this from object level? If so... how to restrict it?

regards,

buddhika

Hi,

Kindly check the following link based on that you can do and it is possible through Transaction variant by using the T-Code SHDO

Dear All,

Thanks for your responses.

I have checked the Transaction Variant. But in screen recording, it is capturing only the 'VA02 Change Sales Order' initial screen.

But I want to get the following screen of the initial screen called 'Change Sales Order Overview'. From that I want to disable the field 'Pricing date' in Sales tab.

How can I do it?

I'm new to SAP & as a standard, we are not going for user exists.

Hi, If you go for a transaction variant it will be easiest way out instead of usigmn a userexit. To make the field gray out (non editable) will be veery easy for the ABAPer using MV45AFZZ.

Hi

Why dont u try with the userexits

MV45AFZZ (USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK / USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP)

OR USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION

Take help from ABAPer.

Hello,

Create SCreen / Transaction Variant & you can easily make the required Feild as Read only in Sales Order.

T-Code: SHD0 (SHD Zero).

Just search the forum with "SHD0" & you find ample material for using it.

Hope this clarifies,

Thanks,
