You can use the broadcast message sevice to maintain distribution lists and send messages to EIC agents. Broadcast messages are often used to give EIC agents critical or urgent information. Integration The Broadcast Messaging iView launches a BSP application using the service crm_bm - u201CCRM: Broadcast messaging supervisor clientu201D. You can find the iView under Workset: Employee Interaction Center and call it using the corresponding link in the EIC Service Map under Application and Management.
