PrintOut in Portrait Format for a User

Hi,

We are facing one issue in SAP for a User, Whenever he sends any printout he always receive it in landscape format while for the same printer and from the same system when he tries with his colleagure's Id it works fine and he receives printout in portrait format.

We assigned authorizations and SU01 parameter settings similar to his colleague but still he gets printout in Landscape format.

So it looks in SAP system we need to maintain print layout somewhere in SAP for User.

Please suggest .

Do you use frontend printing with that user?

No Markus....

User is printing using Local printing method..

Check the default settings on Print -> Properties -> Specifications.

Remove Format if parameter is set.
