Physical sample approval scenario

Dear expert

I have Two doubt on physical sample process ...before going to question let me explain what i done in the system

1.Created a physical sample by using t code QPR1 and released the same

2.Create a inspection lot by using t code QPR2

3.From QA32 select the lot and click the result now system is again asking SAMPLE NAME(it is taking to an t code area QE11)

QUESTION ONE) WHY THE SYSTEM AGAIN ASKING THE SAMPLE NAME HERE

QUESTION TWO).After giving RR system not allowing to make UD it show an error as follows

Message no. QV121

Diagnosis

Code in code group * (selected set 9B in plant ) does not exist.

Procedure

Enter a valid combination or complete combination, or make sure that the combination is available in the selected set.

QUESTION ONE) WHY THE SYSTEM AGAIN ASKING THE SAMPLE NAME HERE

As I understand is This is because there are occasion when you have multiple sample ( like in case of automatic sample creation through sample drawing procedure.)

QUESTION TWO).After giving RR system not allowing to make UD it show an error as follows

in QS51 have you created selected set for type 3 & assigned same against the inspection type in customization in QCC3-->inspection lot creation->define inspection type.-->inspection type 15 ?

You have to create selected set & assign the same to inspection type..................
