IDES ECC 6, EHP4, IS HER Installation, Missing Config Data and Demo Data

Hello Experts,

I have just installed IDES version of ECC 6.0 (EHP4). After installation I activated all the business function of IS HER. I can see that this industry solution is activated, but there is no data in configurations and no demo transaction data.

Other core ERP modules, like HR, FI etc are having demo data as usual. I am using client 800.

Please suggest me how to activate the demo configurations and demo data for industry sollutions (utility, retail, campus management etc.). Please let me know if I need to apply spme patches.

Dear Anthony,

Please go in the SFW5 transaction code and check what is your activated IS status . It should be green.

Also check the IS activated JOB log in SM37.

If above options are ok then check the functionality on 000 cleint , I have faced this problem in IS - Utilities , that time some functionality were missing in my usage client but it was activated in 000.

If your configuration is available in 000 then use client copy or through SCC1 you can transport your required functions.
