Activate scroll bar

HI All,

in tcode /sapapo/sdp94 . One user is not able to scroll horizontally and vertically in the planning book.

Can any buddy please suggest what is causing this issue and solution for it.

Hi,

Mostly the issue is from GUI.Apply the latest GUI patches available at the Service Marketplace and retest.

I tried reinstalling sap gui . But still it does not work . Can u please suggest me some other idea.

Hi Vikram,

Please check if any other person in your organization and in the same location(if possible), is able to execute the work in APO DP planning book.

You can then contact the Basis personnel to check the personu2019s GUI and further check what the issue could be with your machine.

As Sunitha has ponited correctly , this the problem normally with GUI.

Hello,

I also think that this is relevant to GUI.

Please try to remove the GUI completely before you re-install it:

1 - From page 36 of the frontend installation guide.

Start -> Control panel -> Add/remove.

2 - After this, please make sure that the folder

c:\program files\SAP\Frontend is properly removed. Otherwise delete

it manually.

3 - Empty the recycle bin and reboot the computer

4 - Re-install the latest version

Besides, if you're using windows as front end, you can also try to recreate the user's profile.

Or just use another user ...
