Application-Error exception return from pipeline processing

I am working on a file to proxy scneario

PI part is successful however I am getting an error in sxmb_moni of ECC

"Application-Error exception return from pipeline processing"

If I take the payload from sxmb_moni of ECC and test in sproxy it is working fine...

what may be the reason??

observation : each of the message is going in green flag in ECC so we have to activate the q in SMQ2 ....could that be the resaon>

PI entity side seems to be clear. The problem I also lean towards activating the queue in ECC.
