Default Values at Result Recording

Hi Experts,

Current client requirement is explained as follows

At the result recording stage (QA32) while inspecting the Quality Inspectors caputure values as "OK" or "NOK" against each MIC. 95% of the cases these values are "OK" only when inspector finds any defects than the Quality Inspector inspecting the operation will indicate "NOK" and save.

Is there any way to default these values as OK, to avoid too much input/key strokes from Quality Inspectors?

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi Anwar,

I think Lakshminanda has a valid point!

Just check feasibility for following alternative.

1. You can transfer the inspection results from earlier lot to next lot. Thus you can reduce your data entry time. Refer this wonderful article. http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/60221c69-0f8b-2b10-eebf-bec51a601...

2. This will transfer all your okay results from earlier lot. Only in case of not ok, change the results manually to not ok.

it is not possible in standard but it is possible in z screen development give the logic to abaper then they will do what ur expecting if any thing is required revert me
