Attachments are not able to retrieve for the Archived SCs

Hi Everyone

We archived the SCs which have the attachments, after archiving we are not able to retrieve the attachments.

When we see the section notes and attachments the size of the attachments is showing as 0KB.

We also noticed that from BBPCONT the data is deleted, eventhough the table was not marked for deletion.

Could you please help us to know how can we retrieve the attachments from the archived SCs.

Note: We dont want to change the content repository from BBPFILESYSTEM to another system.

Hi Jay

We have already went through the SAP note, But the Note is useful only for the SRM 5.0 version, But we are using the SRM 6.0 version.

Could you please help me out for an SAP note for SRM6.0/7.0 or any solution to retrieve the attachments for the archived SCs.

What I'd suggest that you do is to go over the mentioned note and see if those correction instructions are relevant with your code base. If so, create an OSS message to SAP, mention your issue and the note and ask them if it is feasible to port the note to your release.
