Adding multiple authorization group to F_BKPF_BES from excel file

Hi experts,

My requirement is to assign multiple authorization group to auth object F_BKPF_BES. The auth group is from an excel file about 15,000 entries. Upon assigning it using PFCG, I can only paste 7 auth groups because of the screen limitation. It would take quite a lot of time if I will do that for all 15,000 entries. Is there other easy way for this one?

Hi,

You can automate the process by using LSMW. This way you can have the entries from the excel file be read directly.
